The interview consisted of two phone interviews and an in person interview. Questions were asked to determine how well you handled stressful situations with patients as well as with co-workers. They give you a lot of "what if"scenarios and ask you to walk them through how you would handle it. There weren't any trick questions. It was very important they hear you say you wanted to be a part in building a team.
