Interview was a virtual 30 minutes interview on Microsoft Teams involving a couple behavioral questions, with a majority of clinical case study questions. Two nurse managers from different units were present and alternated asking me different questions and giving various scenarios.

The interview process was smooth, questions were nothing out of the ordinary for ICU interviews. Prepare for this interview, but don't stress about it if you interview average or above average.

One interview only. Situational questions. Straightforward and not scary at all. Questions I asked were not truthfully answered and/or were not followed up on during employment as it was mentioned during that time.
