If you want to spend over a month in a tedious, monotonous, outright ridiculous job interview process, you have come to the right place. There are multiple steps that include a phone interview, answering 10 questions on a video recording, a 2 hour session of answering the same questions you've already answered multiple times over skype, another 30 minute skype interview with the COO and a Manager, and then having to create a 5 slide powerpoint presentation that you have to go through with the CEO in person with the theme of "Why Do You Want This Job". During these steps the recruiter asks you to call him at a certain time on a scheduled day to see if you move forward to the next step. They do this so if you are "not good enough" they can ghost your phone call like a bad tinder date.
In other words if you do not enjoy your time being wasted, don't apply. It's not worth it. You can apply to 300 jobs in the time it takes you to do the work they ask you for, for a chance at a sales position.
