Smooth and simple. All online. I applied online, they emailed the interview options. I set it up online and the interview was a video call. I enjoyed it. I wish more companies did their interviews this way!

Pretty standard service industry interview. If you have experience it's a piece of cake. If you have limited experience, shoot for a support role. It will be easy to move into bartending within a couple months.
