Interview
I was recently interviewed by their HR. It is not well organised as they emailed me just a few minutes before interview start saying they will contact me through Skype. I waited in front of computer wondering if they can find me ok on Skype. The interview started late as it took them some time to find me on Skype and finally reached out me. The line quality is not good. They asked me some general questions about how much you know about the company and why Peak. Have you downloaded their app etc. The whole interview was trying to find evidence that you don’t really know them and you aren’t interested in their position. This is hypothetical. There is no technique question. Your ability is not assessed and the selection at the initial stage is purely down to HR like your answer or not. I asked them for some feedback but they didn’t reply at all.

Our interviewers are never focused around trying to "find evidence you don't really know [us]" but we will review our questions again to ensure they do not come across this way.
