I applied online. I interviewed at Peak Systems in Feb 2024
Interview
No initial screen with HR went right to interview with hiring manager which as plus and minuses. At whatever point I was no longer being considered, no one made the effort to reach out to me to let me know. That is basic common courtesy and professionalism and I follow the believe what a company shows you, not tells you philosophy. If a candidate puts the effort into customizing a resume for a company, scheduling interviews around their current work, and prepping for the interviews, it is bad when you are left in the dark.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were very specific as in "how would you do x? It got to the point where it felt very much like I was being tapped for free consulting. Some level of situational questions is ok, but again this felt like my brain was being picked to solve specific problems/give free ideas to the company's current learning situation. I charge for consulting services...

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Peak Systems (Denver, CO) in Dec 2015
Interview
Pretty simple interview. The recruiter didn't know anything about IT. She tried to tell me what I would be doing, but was very vague on what you would be doing. You just showed up, did the job, and hoped IT support would answer the phone. If they would answer the phone, they would treat you horrible and also be out driving, shopping, or ordering food in the drive through.
