The interview process was quite straightforward and efficient, moving along at a brisk pace. The hiring manager guided me through a well-structured series of questions that focused on both my qualifications and my fit for the company culture.

Question 1
What strategies do you use to maintain organization in your daily life?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Pearl Capital (New York, NY) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was only one round of interviews. I just went over my resume and they asked me if I knew how to read bank statements. The person hiring me also confirmed if I knew the pay was X dollars. Then I met some other people that worked at the company and then they told me about their snack room and offered me some refreshments. To be honest this interview was not challenging at all. I should have seen this as a foreshadow for the job itself.
