From the first contact, a professional approach and good organization of processes, quick feedback, care for the candidate are noticeable. Recruiters Orest and Anastasia are very friendly and always ready to answer any question. I liked that feedback was provided, especially after the test task - they described the pros and cons in great detail, it was useful to hear such feedback and analyze what could be improved in the project. The technical interview with Vitaliy was filled with basic theoretical questions, but also included some case tasks. It was interesting and not stressful. It was valuable that Vitaliy summarized each question and sometimes supplemented my answers from a more professional point of view, which further expanded my understanding of things.
