Peddinghaus Software Service Engineer interview questions

Note: the actual job title was Software Service Technician, but Glassdoor isn't allowing me to use that. I'm not sure if my interview was too representative of the normal process, but it was a very enjoyable experience. I met with one of the senior software engineers, talked about my work history and personal experiences with customer service, and swapped stories from previous jobs. It felt more like a culture interview than a technical one.
