Peel Regional Police interview questions

I applied for the Engineering-Data position at Peel Regional Police and was shortlisted for a practical test. The test was very challenging—a 7-page computer-based exam with no multiple-choice questions. It included complex SQL queries, data engineering concepts, and data algorithm problems. It felt like a tough university or even PhD-level exam, with a lot to complete in limited time. I couldn’t finish everything and was later rejected. The process is highly competitive; they set a high bar and don’t hire just anyone for these technical roles.
