I had the initial interview in person with the regional and then a phone interview with her supervisor a week later. The process went pretty smooth and I was offered the position one weeks later and accepted.
The interview process was professional and well-structured. It included an initial conversation focused on experience and leadership style, followed by discussions around operational performance, team management, and market challenges. Communication was clear, and expectations were transparent throughout the process.
