Interview
After sending in a cover letter, resume, and samples of work, received a form, created in 2011, to fill out. Form is similar to something you would fill out for a retail or service industry job, where you went to high school, etc. The form asks you to put everything that is in your cover letter and resume, into the format of the 4 year old form. Totally ridiculous, what exactly does HR do last this company? What a waste of time and resources. Maybe they would not have ads up each week for new designers if they had a competent HR department.

Question 1
What High School did you attend? List the last 10 years of work experience. Are you able to legally work in the untied states. Nothing really relevant to the job description.
