I met with one associate for a phone interview for the first round. For the second round interview, I met with two associates, then two partners of the fund in person. The interviews were unstructured, low-key, and conversational. I enjoyed my conversations a lot. Our conversation was focused around trends in start ups, my work experience in start ups, and diversity inclusion in VC.
