Submitted my credentials and was contacted for a phone screening. Phone screening went well and was given a homework assignment. I completed it and submitted it. After about a week, I followed up asking for feedback and within 3 minutes, I received a form email from the HR software saying they will be exploring other candidates. After the positive vibe from the phone screening, I was pretty disheartened to receive a form email when I specifically asked for feedback. They do not take the H in HR very seriously. I understand everyone is busy, but a quick personalized note would have been a million times better experience than clearly seeing someone had received my email and then sent back a form email from the HR software.
