I applied online. I interviewed at Peloton Interactive
Interview
The interview process was very easy, applied online, got a confirmation email and call back in a few weeks. The email confirmation was extremely scripted with zero personalization whatsoever. When the recruiter spoke on the phone, it didn't seem like s/he was remotely interested in my background or experience, just spoke about how great the company was. Didn't ask me any questions about interview processes. From a recruiter's perspective, the process was made even worse when s/he disqualified me based on a protected class. Totally unprofessional given I received a rejection email, again with no feedback or personalization. Given the massive growth of the company, they really need to work on candidate experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Peloton Interactive (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
Interview process was pretty casual—three video calls: first two with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally a panel. A few things to keep in mind, but overall a decent experience.
