I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Peloton Interactive (New York, NY) in July 2020
Interview
Initial phone screen with HR, second round call with hiring manager. Then after weeks a 1 liner rejection with no feedback accounting for the change from moving forward to being out of consideration. Frustrating not to get any info, but possibly for the best as I had concerns about only interviewing with all men, what the bro-y culture might be, and honestly, needing to hire for inventory planning at this stage sounds like a huge oversight and accounts for online anecdotes about how long people are waiting to get their bikes, considering how high the price point is!

Found the open position through Linked in and sponges through that. Phone call with recruiter and then phone call with hiring manager. Pretty standard procedure. Interview questions were standard as well.
