I applied online. I interviewed at Peloton Interactive
Interview
Peloton encapsulates all of the terrible experiences candidates have when applying for jobs- a long drawn out process, unengaged interviewers, no follow up, and slightly discriminatory practices.
I applied online and was screened by a recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager shortly after. After not hearing back for several weeks I reached out and was scheduled for more video interviews with the team. The interviewers did not seem very engaged and spoke at lengths about the liberal views of the company, which I believe could alienate candidates. Each interviewer seemed like they had a different job description, so it was hard to get a sense of the role. Again I waited about 3 weeks after my 6 hours of interviews and heard nothing. After reaching out several times I finally received an automated email that said they were going to pursue other candidates. It was an extremely drawn out process and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend applying for jobs based on the candidate experience.
Peloton really needs to improve their recruiting process and candidate experience by taking this feedback seriously. I'm sure they get a lot of candidates, but there is no excuse for not treating them with respect.
pretty horrible. A recruiter initially reached out about this position on LinkedIn. went though a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, seperate interviews with 5 different team members, and a panel presentation just to be told after all of that they were pulling down the position in order to re-evaluate the team's needs. Everyone I met was nice but it was wild waste of time and inconsiderate to put someone through that grueling of a process to then remove the position. I'd avoid as it seems like there is some instability going on there.

Interview
HR recruiter interview was not pleasant to speak with and asked very obscure questions. Said they would follow-up with next steps in the near future but never heard from them again.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Peloton Interactive (New York, NY) in Sept 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The only disappointing part of the process was with HR. Towards the end of the interview process, HR began to take much longer to respond with updates. They led me to believe I was a potential candidate and even left a voicemail for me to call back, but they never answered the phone nor responded to my emails. I enjoyed my time talking to the team, but HR was very unprofessional. The interview process first started with a screening call with HR and then moved on to speaking with the hiring manager for a second interview. After that, I had two virtual interviews with potential coworkers. The questions were very basic and corporate.
