Don't waste your time applying for a position. This is by far, the worst experience that ever had. Very long-drawn-out process. It looks the company has no idea what they are doing.
Even if they tell you they are looking to hire asap, don't believe them. I know you guys are young but get it together. I wonder how this company gets to make decisions. If you guys want talents, you will need to step it up and treat your candidates better.
