Interview
This is a 3-step process. First you must pass the assessment test. This will follow with your first interview and then a second interview. The managers I interviewed with were very nice professional.

The interview questions are 5-6 your basic interview questions. Most questions were what did you do in certain situations pertaining a customer.
Interview process was panel based . Use STAR method. I would google common interview questions . Indeed also has good info regarding questions .
Make sure to provide a lot of details and be very descriptive

Interview
It was comfortable and extremely professional, it consisted of an assessment of skills as well as a digital interview. The digital interview was in place of what would usually take place in person. The people seem great and I’m eager to get on with my journey
