Applied direct to website. Months later received invite to speak on the phone. Then second phone interview. Then video interview with HR / recruiter. Then interview with report to. All very basic and very casual. Role did not seem to be clearly defined and neither did the actual knowledge / skills that they were looking for in a candidate.
