Met with several employees to discuss previous job experience, education, and professional capabilities. They gave an office tour and introduced me to several staff members. Pretty informal and relaxed experience that felt more like a professional conversation about my abilities rather than a rigid interview process.

I applied, and received a request for an interview in one to two weeks. They asked few questions and the environment was pretty relaxed. The interview typically takes about 30 mins to an hour and is usually only one round.
