I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pendergast Elementary School District
Interview
Very kind and friendly and open. Both vice principal and principal were attending. I was out of state but both made time to talk with me and were very friendly. I felt like they hone the idea of one big happy family at the workplace, and that is exactly what I feel when I go to work everyday. :)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pendergast Elementary School District (Avondale, AZ) in July 2015
Interview
I had a 30 minute phone conversation with the principal and coach looking for elementary teachers. They asked what my experience was, why I applied and why I wanted to teach in the District. After the interview, she asked me "What I want to teach" and offered me a variety of choices. It was quite simple.
