The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pendleton Woolen Mills (Sacramento, CA) in June 2009
Interview
Very easy interview, the manager who hired me was more interested in having more of a personal conversation than asking me about my qualifications or abilities. I think that the hiring process was very easy overall. Interestingly enough though, I caught sight of her notes about me during the interview, and she stated "very cute." Is this common practice in interviews, to judge future employees on how attractive they are? This does not seem like fair practice.

Interview
Applied online, got an email from HR setting up a time to come in and interview. A week later i interview one on one with the district manager. It was surprising smooth, one of the best interviews I've had. Asked standard questions to get a feel of your work ethics and personality. Talked about past experience on resume and about pay.
