Pendleton Woolen Mills Pattern Maker/Technical Designer interview questions

I submitted an online application as per company standards as well as a cover letter and resume. I was called in by HR for an office interview where I met with the manager and senior technical designer. Afterwards HR contacted me to schedule a pattern test developing a side panel jacket with notched lapel collar from an existing garment. The test was conducted at the work station I would eventually occupy. It was an open book test that could be completed over a number of days. I took two 4 hour sessions to complete the test. Finally I was called in for an interview with the manager and department manager. About a week later I got a call offering me the job with 2 weeks advance notice. I applied at the end of April and my first day was mid June.
