Strange and rigid to what I'm used to: both interviewers did not use their cameras so felt like I was talking into The Void. Exam-style Q&A format - 1-2 mins to answer, awkward pause, robotic "Thank you" and move on. Uninspiring, generic questions. No questions, conversation or feedback on portfolio or previous projects that I had been asked to prepare for the application. Corrected me about the particular imprint of the company and then highlighted this in their interview feedback as a misunderstanding on my part, despite all of the preparatory information and hiring resources given being related to Penguin and not any specific imprint. Actual feedback was the same copy-and-paste "others had more aligned experience". Safe to say, didn't receive a second interview and upon speaking to others who had interviewed with them previously, they echoed this impersonal and off-putting experience.
