I applied online. I interviewed at Penguin Random House (London, England) in June 2017
Interview
The first step was a online application with a series of questions about what experiences you may have, any books you are interested in etc.
I received a email about a month later for requesting me to do a video interview through HireVue, a software/website which recorded your answers via webcam, it took about 15 mins and the questions was slightly more in-depth than the initial application.
After that I was invited to a face to face interview in their head office which was a lot more relaxed, asking me what my interest were and getting to know me better.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Penguin Random House (London, England) in June 2019
Interview
It was meant to be a 2 interview process. Had the first and was told I would hear back about the second. Emailed HR a few different times to follow up and was told to wait. Never heard anything back after that.
