You are judged on three skills from these questions, and you get rated on a scale after the applications are submitted. If you do not reach the minimum, you do not pass through the stage. Despite claiming no bias, it seems like an incredibly biased response, because it is very unusual to base someone's character off three answers. Not a good interview process.
