Interview was conducted by HR rep and another flight attendant. They seem fairly relaxed and low-key ....casual. There weren't a lot of candidates for the position, I assume it's because PenAir is not a well known airline

All interview questions were geared to see how well you get along with others. A lot of "tell me when" questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Peninsula Airways
Interview
I had a great interview and ground school experience. The ladies that interviewed me were down to earth and very kind. It was easy to have a conversation with them! They hired me on the spot and ground school started a few weeks later. They communicated everything I needed to know and were to the point about what they wanted and expected. Ground school was very well organized and our teachers were fantastic.
