Four interviews with various executives, managers and teachers are mandatory. The amount of time spent with each interviewer is valuable and provided an interesting view of the company.The managers were competent and interested in my background experience.

Very straightforward process and it comes with training and a stipend. Lovely place to work that supports children and older adults. I like working here to help families who need support for their children

Question 1
How do you feel about helping children who come from families who may be at risk and cannot afford basic living accommodations?
Reference people have to answer a bunch of questions about the candidate. Then it goes to a phone screening and then an in person interview and tour of the campus.
