I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Penn Medicine (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied for this position in January 2015 but wasn't contacted for an interview until March. This particular interview was in-person. I was interviewed by the practice manager as well as the head of the location's medical records supervisor. Overall, the experience went fairly well, and my interviewers seemed like nice people. This particular location also seemed to treat the patients they serviced fairly well too. The interviewers didn't ask me questions that were too hard to answer. The majority of the questions asked pertained to the extent of my exposure to patient records, particularly, how experienced I was in dealing with EHRs (electronic health records). Only a couple questions were asked regarding some of the skills and education I listed on my résumé.

Question 1
Are you familiar with Epic and if so, how often did you use it at your last job?
Manager contacted me and the interview went well and the recruiter emailed me the next morning asking for references. Still waiting it's been a week so I'm still hanging in there. The last time I spoke with the recruiter she said she will keep in contact soon.
