Question 1
Describe a time you had a difficult situation with a patient and what did you do to overcome it.
I interviewed at Penn Medicine Princeton Health (Princeton, NJ) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied to a job and didn't get a response until months later. By then I had applied to many other jobs within the system. The HR manager who conducted the phone interview was nice and didn't ask me too many things that threw me off, but it was my first interview so it was hard. I'm guessing that more experienced candidates would have no difficulty. I received a prompt reply about my phone interview results, which was much appreciated.
