submitted formal application online, was contacted for phone interview, was subsequently offered position, and then accepted position. Was not a long, drawn out process as they needed someone very quickly and I was qualified.

Interview
It was a really simple and fast process though it is probably PI specific. The main questions were just tell me about yourself then we went over my CV and previous experience and software knowledge.
