I didn't hear anything until 2 months after I applied. Had a single panel interview, which I felt went well. Sent a follow-up email, which was never responded to. It's now been 3&1/2 months and I have heard nothing. It still says "under consideration" in the online portal, so either the process is incredibly slow and they don't bother to keep candidates informed, or they don't update candidates whatsoever if/when they hire another candidate. Either way, it's unacceptable to completely ghost a candidate and their process desperately needs to be adjusted. In the email setting up the interview, it was explicitly stated that it would be held via Zoom but just like a phone interview with no cameras. When I logged on, all of the interviewees had their cameras on, so just something to be prepared for.
