A 30 minute exercise then an interview with 2 NHS employees from the department recruiting. Feedback from the interviewer after the event was very helpful as it was my first interview in 20 years and they took the time to do as I requested and come back to me Interview was very scripted and total scenario based. What you did and more importantly how you achieved it. It was completely different to how I have interviewed in the past and felt a little impersonal however this is a very big organisation that must be seen to treat everyone the same so it's understandable.
