Pennsylvania Senate interview questions

There was several months between the job advertisement and being contacted by the employer. There were three interviews, with various levels of staff. They were only to provide cover so the staff could promote from within. The amount of time wasted was unfortunate for anyone who would be used only as a stalking horse.
