Talk on the phone with an employee. Then go to a meet in person interview, it is all pretty simple and easy, nothing to really worry about. Then you go to office etc etc. You are expected to work long hours

Interview
Two Interviews, both phone interviews. All behavioral questions. First interview with HR and second with the prospective boss. They are trying to get to know you and see if you would fit into the company culture. If you are able to get the interview, they just want to see if you are motivated and easy to work with.

Interview
I applied for the vacancy via a Craigslist ad. The recruiter responded to me rather quickly to set-up a telephone interview. The phone interview was very casual and I felt at ease during the process. I was told about what I'm required to do and what support I can expect from the company. Overall, the experience was very professional.
