interviewed multiple times only to get ghosted. Poor organization and communication also the role description does not match the role. Glad I did not get an offer however communication would have been nice.

Interview
Well, I met with one of the recruiters at my campus. We hit it off and I reached out to her the next day. It took her a week to respond and then she connected me with their head of recruiting. I had a great first phone call interview and we scheduled to talk again in two weeks. HOWEVER, (PLEASE READ THIS PART!) I never got a phone call and I tried multiple times one different occasions to reach out to the head recruiting person. After two weeks of trying to talk to them again. They finally answered the phone and had completely forgotten who I was and our conversation (even though I had mentioned that we talked earlier) So they tried to interview me again as if from the first go around.
MORAL OF THE STORY: If you aren't an upperclassman aka a Junior or Senior, don't bother. They are just going to waste your time.

Interview
After initially failing to call for a scheduled interview time, we set up an additional interview. My interviewer seemed to be in a bad mood, and after giving me a brief description of the position, he asked me a few questions. He prefaced the first question with "briefly describe" and repeated phrases like that throughout the interview. He even cut me off in the middle of my answers. When it was my turn to ask questions, I asked detailed questions that he either gave brief answers to or told me he had already been over the topic (which he had not in any detail.) The phone screen lasted 12-13 minutes, which was disappointing due to the time I had spent preparing. This interview was for a position in Richmond, Virginia Req#2405394.
