Basically just talked about my resume and my background. They let me know that my main job would just be answering phones and renting trucks. If you're ready to just answer phones and inspect trucks this is the job for you.

Round 1: Basic intro interview with a recruiter about the job and about yourself. (Sell yourself, they decide if you advance) Round 2: Visit the job site and conduct an in-person interview with management. Round 3: Will either be offered or not. If so then you will do a dot physical and drug test. As well as a background check.
