Phone Interview, then Interview in the Barcelona office then interview in the UK with the management of the company, and a chance to understand the company plan etc. and then a final Skype interview. Quite long but fair process. It seems a great company to work for however the operation in the UK seems night and day from the Barcelona operation, which was handled very unprofessionally.
I was made a verbal offer over the phone and then when I asked for time to think about it the offer was withdrawn, and while waiting for the offer they twice requested my client list.

Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and the same day they called me and made a phone interview (40 minutes). At the end of the call, they told me to visit them at their Barcelona office in 4 days and that I will receive an email invitation with the details of the interview later that day....After three days without receiving the mail I called back to double check that they had written down correctly my email ... they apologize and told me that they had not had time to send it but that I would receive the email with the details of the interview shortly... I have not heard anything else from them for 3 weeks when I finally got an email were they told me that I didn't get the job... without giving any kind of reason or feedback ...
