Mostly on personal quality and how you can handle issues that may arise between your team members. And how trustworthy are you. They want to know how quick you can learn too so that you will not be outsmarted or at least it should not be too obvious that you still don't get the basics

Probably the best interview I had, its nice how they talked about work life balance. Owner of the company seems a little out there, not super bad, just heavily political opinionated. Bummed I didn't get the job though.
