PeopleLogic Business Solutions interview questions

Telephonic interview, writing skills, system skills,hr round,final round with senior staff. They make interviews for time being, not serious way.its completely waste of time, simply they make us to wait,I think they simply do this process,not very seriously.

Intorduction round, once shortlisted meet the sales head or senior sales guy , check on communication skill as it was for a sales role , clear discussion on the responsibilities were shared Mock Call was done right away since the senior found to be a right candidate for the role they had , Next level was to meet the MD Meet the HR Joining Date /formalities etc were discussed
