No interview, but I had to take a really silly assessment that bans you for one year if you answer even one question wrong.
Questions that ask rather you consider self-defense skills important and if you don't say no they apparently consider it an indicator that you may fight on the job.
Why ask questions like these when you can just go by the person's background check?

non-existent. You show up and do the personality questionnaire on a computer. the whole process is one same day. Orientation and paperwork and then you are employed with the company.

Quick and painless . They call you after they receive your application and I got a job that day had to watch a safety video and test on that and that was about it..
