The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleShare (West Greene, PA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The company's recruiting department contacted me after finding my resume. The told me about the position and asked if I would be interested for a phone interview the following week. The phone interview was approximately 30 mins long mostly just seen if my skills match the position. She said the salary was 35k-40k. She asked if I can do an in person interview with the local branch manager in the same day.
That interview was great learned a lot about the position and asked question about my skills that would apply there. Then offered an interview the next day with the regional manager.
The regional manager had a lack of interview skills. Talked more about himself personal, school, after college job. He said he would have un update to me of the progress of the next steps with in the next 3 days, it took two weeks to hear back from the recruiter.
Very quick and communication was strong. The whole process was overall easy and I had a good experience. Everyone was kind and took their time to get to know me & made sure I was a good fit and they were a good fit for me.

Question 1
My background and how it would apply to this new role
The interview process was very thorough. There was a talent call, an in-person interview, and 2 virtual interviews. they also had me shadow another recruiter to ensure I was comfortable with their processes. They make sure they have the right people!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleShare (Pottstown, PA)
Interview
I was asked to apply via an internal recruiter, purchased a webcam for the interviews. Went through multiple rounds of talking to the recruiter, doing a "personality quiz", and interviewing with others in the company. Was ultimately not offered anything, which is completely fine. What was annoying were the continued calls from others in their company saying I had an active resume and asking if I was ready to apply for the job fits they had for me. The people I interviewed with were nice but overall it felt like a massive waste of time, and therefor was a negative experience.
