Interview
Very nice people from developers to VP.
Quick process handled in very professional manner.
Noticed a communication gap between interviewers and hr.
Interview was perhaps too easy for a senior developer role. Did not face any direct questions that would gauge the maturity. Maybe they covered it in the review.
Seems that gap in salary expectations was too broad. Was thanked for my time with no attempts at negotiating.

Question 1
Initial 1:1 had basic questions testing resourcefulness.

Interview
I received communication through there recruiting tool that I used to apply to the job. An interview was set up promptly. I spoke with the interviewer and she said I would hear back from her. I followed up a few days later and still have not heard back. If you felt the need based on my experience to talk to me about the position at least have the decency to tell me I'm not a good fit. If this is how candidates are treated I imagine employees are treated as units as well.
It is our goal to ensure all candidates have a positive experience interviewing with PeopleStrategy, regardless of hiring outcome. This includes consistent and timely communication. In the event the hiring manager is taking longer than usual to make a decision regarding next steps candidates can request a status update from our HR department by emailing hr@peoplestrategy.com
