Typing Exam and Basic Knowledge about using Computers - you have to be very proficient when typing. This is the test that usually cuts the number of applicants the most. 4. interview with the Team Leader - this would be variable depending on the account you applied for. 5. Job Offer -

Hiring process is fast & one-day! Even faster if you already have call center experience. You have to pass 2-3 interviews, n o more examination once the assessor realized that you're really fit for the job. The people in the recruitment dept. are very warm, process is smooth.
