Interview
1. HR Interview - this was the usual interview. Tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses and the such.
2. On-line Registration on their site. Basic Info about yourself
3. Typing Exam and Basic Knowledge about using Computers - you have to be very proficient when typing. This is the test that usually cuts the number of applicants the most.
4. interview with the Team Leader - this would be variable depending on the account you applied for.

Hiring process is fast & one-day! Even faster if you already have call center experience. You have to pass 2-3 interviews, n o more examination once the assessor realized that you're really fit for the job. The people in the recruitment dept. are very warm, process is smooth. There's also freebie once you passed the same day! I got an I.D. lanyard!
