Super laid back interview. My manager was a really easy-going person, so I can't guarantee it will be the same for all other interviews. Show you know about jewelry and you've got the job. Second interview was just a brief sit down with the district manager to have a conversation. Had to do a background check afterwards.

First I had to fill in forms and some behavioral and sales questionnaires. After 3 weeks a manager of one of the stores called me, asked if I was full-time available with no restrictions, then scheduled an interview.
