Interview
I received a call from one of the managers the day after I turned in my resume. We set up an interview for later that week. Overall, the interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. Basic questions regarding teamwork and customer service were asked. The interviewer was the manager on duty at that time, who happened to be the store's general manager. They asked me when I could start working at the conclusion of the interview.

Interview
I went in sat down with the general manager they asked me about my experience with working in a restaurant, try to get a feel for what your work ethic is. Ask if you like fast paced or slow paced work. Try to determine whether or not you are a team player. Then ask you all the normal interview questions. You're pretty much guaranteed to get the job as long as you're not incompetent or a heavy drug user. They don't drug test. Ever.
