The Job description was one of the most inclusive drafts I have come across, which emphasised on bringing out the persona behind one's resume. All the interview evaluations are well spread in a short span, questions were free-flowing and genuinely curious to understand what I bring to the table. Loved the humility & transparency when I asked them how they see Peppo's mission evolving and the non-hierarchy that only an early-stage hustling startup can have. They did share the required documents for me to assess what Peppo is all about and it help me take an informed decision when I was offered the role.
