I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Peraton (Greenbelt, MD) in July 2019
Interview
I submitted my resume online via LinkedIn. I was contacted by HR. The HR was somewhat helpful but there are tons of rooms for HR to improve. Scheduling the time and date for the interview was not that hard. I showed up at the office on the interview day and was escorted in by one of the interviewers. The interviewers were very casually dressed which gave me a feeling of a relaxed environment. First, the manager gave me a description of the job which I am very familiar with. Then they asked some work-related questions and I answered to the best of my knowledge and ability. Afterward, I was given a chance to ask a question which I did and they did not have to try much to answer that one.
