A phone call with a third party recruiter; a take home coding assignment; a few back-to-back virtual onsite interviews that spanned technical and behavioral topics and which were a chance to meet a large portion of the team; offer.

For the take-home assignment, spend X hours to build a system that does Y.
Recruiter screening followed by take home assessment. The recruiter was very friendly and informative. The take home assessment was missing some requirements which I was then judged on, and rejected. Take home assessments are already a negative experience for interviewing, personally, so the overall experience was negative. I'd prefer to work at a place which places an emphasis on person to person communication, but that was clearly not their priority. I don't think I would have been a good match if this was their approach.
